Al-Oyouni Group was founded in the early 1960s by the late Hamad Abdullah Al-Oyouni as a sub-contractor for road construction until 1972 when it was registered as a general contractor. Through diligent work, Al-Oyouni Company became in 1976 one of the preferred road construction companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for projects of the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs.
Currently, Al-Oyouni Company is considered one of the major road construction and civil works companies and is classified as a "First Class" contractor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Al-Oyouni Company provides its services to both the public and private sectors, consisting of diverse, well-coordinated, and highly professional teams across the country with extensive experience exceeding 61 years in the fields of blasting, concrete works, concrete activities, earthworks, and asphalt concrete pavements.
Al-Oyouni Company is renowned for its contribution to transportation infrastructure projects for roads, bridges, railways, drainage, and tunnels, in addition to periodic and preventive maintenance.
