Rayan Engineering Consultancy is an architectural and engineering consulting firm based in Dubai with branches in Abu Dhabi and Ajman, established in 2004. It is well-known in the construction field as a professional and specialized consultant in various engineering disciplines. We offer our services to a diverse range of clients and companies in the design and permitting of a wide array of projects across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. Our enthusiastic and highly qualified team consists of project managers, architects, civil engineers/structural engineers/electrical and mechanical engineers, draftsmen, and administrators, all of whom possess extensive experience gained through successfully designed, permitted, and executed projects.
In addition to conventional buildings, Rayan Engineering specializes in industrial projects and factories, as well as unconventional structures such as automated car parks, silos, onshore ship buildings, and airport facilities.
Our company is an accredited consultant with municipalities, the Jordanian Association of Consulting Engineers (licenses), and other authorities, and is licensed to obtain building permits and construction completion certificates.
