Sustainable Infrastructure Holding Company "SISCO Holding" was established in 1984 as a public joint-stock investment company by a prominent group of Saudi businessmen. In 2002, "SISCO Holding" was offered for public subscription and became the first company in the infrastructure sector to be listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange "Tadawul".
