Al Diwan Group of Companies is part of the Engineering Company for Contracting and the Engineering Company for Integrated Projects, with over 40 years of experience in the contracting field. It consists of Al Diwan Real Estate, a simple limited partnership established in 2012, and Al Diwan Contracting Company, a limited liability company – established in 2019
In addition to Al Diwan for Exhibitions and Events Organization, which was established in 2017 in the United Arab Emirates, Sharjah.
"Al Diwan" was founded by a select group of real estate planning experts who participated in massive projects in Alexandria, such as Gardenia and City Light, and worked alongside the government and the business sector in establishing and developing the most important residential cities.
