About the company
Since the establishment of the International Schools Group in 1962, our schools have gained a good reputation in the Eastern Province for delivering the highest levels of American, British, and international curriculum education, with a focus on advanced teaching and learning. Each of our five schools has its unique character, but all are distinguished by their warm, caring, and diverse communities representing over 50 nationalities from around the world.
The International Schools Group (ISG) was founded in 1962 to meet the needs of expatriate families living and working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. ISG is a non-profit school district with a forward-looking vision, consisting of five schools. The schools are co-educational day schools, offering educational programs from preschool through grade 12 for expatriate children and a limited number of students from the host country. Each school offers a British, American, or international curriculum, including the following educational programs: AP and IB (selected American schools), and IGCSE and A Levels within the British School in Dhahran. ISG currently serves the needs of over 3,200 students.
The district is managed by a Board of Trustees, supported by school boards, and is licensed by the Saudi Ministry of Education. ISG schools following the American and international curricula are accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.
