Al-Hikma Financial Services Company (Al-Hikma) was established in 2005 as a limited liability company with a paid-up capital of 2 million Jordanian dinars (2.8 million US dollars), and since then, the capital has been increased to 2.28 million Jordanian dinars (3.2 million US dollars). It is licensed and regulated as an approved brokerage company by the Jordan Securities Commission. The company's main activities include acting as a financial broker on behalf of its clients; buying and selling securities listed on the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE). The company provides individual and institutional investors with focused research and analytical information to assist clients in making strategic equity allocations, in order to achieve their investment objectives. At Al-Hikma, we strongly believe that our methodology provides clients with value-added information to support them in making informed and reasonable decisions. Our methodology focuses not only on historical performance but also takes into account the future prospects of the sector in general, and the individual company in particular. We also look at regional and international market trends and the performance of similar companies/industries to identify future trends and potential arbitrage opportunities. Furthermore, Al-Hikma has established a dedicated department aimed at providing high-quality service, in accordance with international standards, to international and regional fund managers, and is listed among the designated brokerage companies by HSBC Bank for custody services on the Amman Stock Exchange.
