Unified Real Estate Development Company was established in 2006 with the goal of offering higher quality, more enjoyable shopping experience to the public while also creating a strong support and development environment to allow our retail partners to profitably grow with us. From our first Project in 2007, Unified now owns and operates over 50 shopping centers across the Kingdom.
Unified Real Estate is the fastest growing and largest outdoor shopping center developer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Unified is a vertically integrated, internally managed shopping center company undertaking: ownership, location selection, planning, design, construction management, Property Management, Marketing & Leasing.
Unified is currently the largest developer of Retail Grocery outlets and Free Standing QSR and Casual restaurants in the country and is the largest single developer for the Kingdom's largest Grocery Operators including: Al-Azizia Panda United, Bin Dawood Superstores (Danube Hypermarkets), Al-Tamimi Supermarkets as well as growing relationships with others. In addition, Unified is the largest developer for RICC "McDonald's Saudi Arabia" as well as Bank Al-Jazira and others who use Unified's ambitious and strategic growth plan as the ideal vehicle for their own growth.
More recently, Unified has partnered with Vox cinemas, multiple fitness operators, Jarir bookstores and more to develop the next generation of mega outdoor shopping centers across the Kingdom.
