About the company
The Company's activity goes back to the beginning of 1998 when the company entered the Saudi market as a Bahraini Company working through local agent. After the issuance of Insurance Regulations in the Kingdom, the company obtained a license as a Saudi Public Joint Stock Company with the Arabian Shield Bahrain CO. EC holding 30% of its shares. Bahrain National Holding Co. holding 15%. Other 15% owned by Saudi Companies & Businessmen, and remaining 40% owned by shareholders through IPO. The Company has completed its licensing procedures & obtained final license from SAMA on 11/09/2007 to transact general and medical Ins. The company started its operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a Saudi joint stock company on 1/1/2009.
