About the company
TAYA Real Estate Company is a subsidiary of TAYA holding group which incepted in 1980. The ambitious national based group went rapidly into the Saudi and regional markets to provide its clients with industrial, agricultural, commercial, insurance and real-estate products and services.
The well-established, three decades old group succeeded to harness and lead the sectors it works within KSA and as a result extended its roots to reach the rest of the Middle-East, Europe and the Americas.
Following two decades and a bit more, TAYA group foresee the potential behind establishing a real estate subsidiary and later on decided to launch TAYA Real Estate Company in parallel with the growing demand on real-estate services.
TAYA Real Estate Company is the real-estate arm that was found and developed by the parent group. Since then, the company. worked passionately to cover all real-estate activities and begun to provide targeted sectors with an array of services that include properties investment and development, possession, lease and selling of agricultural, habitat and industrial land plots, development of hotels, malls, leisure and service facilities.
