The Saudi Real Estate Institute is a specialized institute dedicated to disseminating the best global practices in the real estate sector and serves as the academic arm of the General Real Estate Authority. It specializes in providing training and qualification for professionals working in the Saudi real estate sector, granting them professional certificates that enable them to enter the job market with high efficiency, given that the real estate sector is considered the largest non-oil economic sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The institute was also launched on August 2, 2017, and is considered one of the initiatives launched by the Ministry of Housing to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030, making it the first specialized educational entity in the field of real estate sciences in the Kingdom, in collaboration with local and international partners and expertise houses in the real estate domain.
