About World Green Economy Summit 2026

Business and Employment

"The World Green Economy Summit," held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, with the participation of the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) and the World Green Economy Organization, highlights sustainability and the adoption of renewable energies in its 2025 edition, which will be held from October 1 to 2 at the "Dubai World Trade Centre."

This summit contributes to enhancing the joint efforts of the international community and launching sustainable initiatives in cooperation with the local community, as well as motivating youth to contribute to the world's transition towards a green economy model. This two-day summit also aligns with the efforts of the United Arab Emirates to achieve the Dubai Clean Energy Strategy 2050, the Dubai Carbon Neutrality Strategy 2050, and to secure 100% of Dubai's total power capacity from clean energy sources by 2050. Join us to learn the most important information about this initiative through dialogue sessions with global experts, official figures, government institutions, and participants from around the world, who will showcase innovative solutions to enhance clean and renewable energy projects.
