As the first of its kind in the Middle East and Africa, the Real Estate Excellence Award positions Saudi Arabia as a global hub for real estate excellence, granting winners dual recognition: national acclaim through the official announcement at the Future of Real Estate Forum on January 27, 2026, and international stature with automatic qualification for the International Real Estate Developers Federation's Global Real Estate Excellence Awards to be held in Vienna on June 11, 2026.

Featuring 20 specialized categories—including master planning, advanced technology, green buildings, affordable housing, and luxury projects—the award celebrates the diverse achievements shaping the future of real estate in Saudi Arabia and beyond.
