From the Ministry's role in empowering the sector and supporting the growth and development of technical competencies, comes the Tech Talent Hub initiative, to empower the sector with distinguished services from companies and expertise houses in various human resources fields such as (recruitment, outsourcing, electronic systems, consultations, and skills testing).

The Saudi version of the Digital Talent Ecosystem Dialogue gathered over 120 CEOs and human resources leaders in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, enhancing its status as a pivotal event in shaping the future of work, the workplace, and the workforce in the Kingdom. This strategic gathering explored the complex ecosystem of digital transformation, workforce development, and innovation, in alignment with the Human Capability Development Program of Saudi Vision 2030.
