Hydrogen Arabia

The "Hydrogen Arabia" conference is designed to align with the strategic vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its investments in clean and carbon-free renewable energy, providing a unique platform for stakeholders in this sector to engage with the country's burgeoning hydrogen ecosystem. The conference will focus on key driving factors, such as government initiatives, the growing global demand for green hydrogen exports, strong investment commitments, and expanding procurement opportunities in industrial hubs like Jubail, Yanbu, and Jazan.

The National Hydrogen Strategy, unveiled in 2020, aims to produce 1.2 million tons of green hydrogen and meet 10% of global demand by 2030. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is preparing to become a leading exporter, particularly to Europe and Asia, where hydrogen supply deals indicate strong export potential. The government and its affiliated entities have allocated billions of dollars to hydrogen projects, including an $8.4 billion green hydrogen project in NEOM and a $10 billion investment from the Public Investment Fund.
