"Oceanman" Swimming Race - Oceanman Sharjah

 Sharjah is preparing to host the Ocean Man Championship for the first time, as the emirate will host one of the world's premier open water competitions at Al Khan Beach on April 19th and 20th. The event, organized by the Sharjah Government Media Bureau, will welcome professional athletes, amateur swimmers, and water sports enthusiasts for a weekend filled with excitement and thrill.

Swimmers of all levels will have the opportunity to test their endurance in a series of races. The 10-kilometer race represents the greatest challenge for experienced swimmers, while the 5-kilometer race offers a challenging yet manageable distance for intermediate-level competitors. For those seeking a shorter but equally competitive swim, there will be a 2-kilometer race, while the 500-meter race will provide families and young swimmers a chance to join in the fun. Teams can also participate in the 3×500-meter relay, adding a high-energy team element to the event.
